Annet Mahendru
Mahendru was born to an Russian mother and a Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. She speaks fluently German Russian English. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. At age 11 she choreographed a performance that earned her a slot on German TV as a graceful Russian snow maiden, who turns into a lively Indian dancer. Following her graduation from the high school level at the age of 11 in New York, she received her bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John's University. She took classes in acting in the HB Studios. However, she went on to study improv comedy at the Groundlings School. Her birthplace was in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru, and a Russian mom Olga. The family moved from Afghanistan to East Meadow New York, with her father when she was 13 years old. She is a star alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel in FX's The Americans. The Americans' Nina Sergeevna Krilova is her most famous role. Her most well-known role is her frequent appearances on Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
