Richard B. Cheney has worked as a public official for a long time as well as an entrepreneur who has made a name for himself. The current position he holds is the Vice President of the United States. Cheney claims that the role he plays in the Obama administration as of an open and honest adviser to Bush. Cheney expressed excitement about taking the Republican vice-presidential nod. He said that the future is bright for him working alongside a president who will collaborate with those who have different political views and with the same objectives. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on January 30, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. As a 13-year-old, Richard Bruce and his family moved in Casper (in the US state of Wyoming) where his father worked as the Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's soil conservation district.
