Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress who is best known for portraying detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter and Dr. Sydney Hansen on NBC's Providence drama and The Resident's medicine drama The Resident. She was also recognized by her debut on television as Eleni Andros cooper in the soap opera of CBS Guiding Light. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are one of her most well-known films parts. It is reported that she is developing a movie adaptation of writer Elisabeth Kubler-Ross's autobiography The Wheel of Life with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides, the pair that wrote the film Immortals. Also, she is filming for an upcoming television series named Gods & Heroes.
