Dwayne is the lead pastor for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne, in addition to being a pastor, is also committed to educating the future generation. He serves as a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications as well as co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
